“Close your eyes!!!”
Here’s the story behind the present she’s so surprised at, since I didn’t get a picture of it.
We were walking through IKEA one day and saw this awesome swing hanging from the ceiling, about 5 inches from the ground. A big comfy looking chair was the seat. Ashley fell in love with it and decided to start saving her money so she could get one.
We figured after her other b-day parties she had about 1/2 the money saved up for it and she kept asking if we were giving her money for her birthday. We even talked about ways she could earn the money.
The surprise in this picture below is of her looking at the swing seat she was saving for. Now she has the seat, and all her money that she can spend on something else too! I’ll take pictures once we get it hung.
Ashley, I can’t believe how fast you’re growing!!! You’re turning into quite the young woman. Don’t grow up too fast, try to stay little for awhile longer, please.

Over Memorial Weekend, we visited Paul’s Mom and step-dad down South.

That little goat got one sniff on Eden’s hair and kept trying to eat it!
This goat pictured below was the mama goat. She decided to check out my camera. At one point she got a little excited and jumped up putting her front feet on Ashley’s chest. Almost knocked her over!
Seriously, those goats loved Eden’s hair.
This little girl below didn’t know what to think of everyone running around playing. She followed me for awhile cause I had scratched her under the chin and behind the ears, but decided she couldn’t stay around me since my girls were running back a forth around me.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa! We had a wonderful time!!!
