Things have been kinda slow around here. That and I keep forgetting my camera for our fun outings.
So I thought I’d do a little blogging about one of the reasons why we love this house.
Look closely and you can see both the mother and the baby (on the upper level).
This is a different deer with her 2 fawns! She’s a bit more skittish because at some point she’s been injured and doesn’t even use her back right leg. This is the second set of babies she’s had since we’ve been in the house!
Now this deer, we’re not sure if she’s the mother of the one fawn, or if it’s a totally different deer. But we get this single deer in our yard a lot too.
Last year we had a huge buck in our yard. He had 3 points on each antler. So cool, but the males don’t show up much.
Here’s a bit more of the wildlife we see on a regular basis. Not to mention the raccoons and the quail with their little puff balls running around behind them. Quail are very hard to get pictures of. And of course you can’t forget the plethora of magpies, robins and blue jays!
So cute–I especially love Eden's face and arms.
Who needs the zoo, we can just come to your house to see all knd of wild life…So fun!
What adorable little girls! And I am loving the Polly Pockets next to the plate. That is so my life.
